Rune graduated as a journalist in 1989 and was a foreign correspondent with the Danish daily POLITIKEN for eight years (Eastern Europe (1989-1993) and London (1993-1997) before joining Denmark's main evening TV news, TV 2 Nyhederne, as a foreign news reporter.

In 1998 he co-founded the successful health portal NetDoctor.com. After making it the market leader in Denmark, Rune and his team took NetDoctor into nine European countries and made it the leading health portal in Europe - still today (more than a decate later) the largest health portal in both Britain, Denmark and Germany.

In 2001 Rune joined the executive management team of TV 2 (Denmark's largest broadcaster) as TV 2's New Media Director for six years, responsible for digital strategy and execution (internet, broadband, mobile and digital television services).

Since 2007 he has been a serial entrepreneur, professional board member and investor helping to set up a number of growth companies. Recently Rune co-founded the health services company SundhedsDoktor (Copenhagen), and is chairman of the fiber telecoms company Nianet (Copenhagen).

Kristina Brahe Bonke (Queen of Montmartre, in the words of drumming legend Jeff 'Tain' Watts).
General Manager and Head of Bar and Restaurant

Kristina was the first volunteer to dedicate her work life to the new Montmartre after it became public that the legendary club was to re-open. She is responsible for everything from picking up musicians at the airport to dealing with contracts, running the door and managing a large team of fellow volunteers. She also serves as the personal assistant to Rune Bech. Kristina is a mother of a boy and a girl still living at home. She’s educated in the security business and has been working with sales of security products for 13 years. Prior to that she was active in sports and made it to the top as a member of the national Danish Squash team. Sarah is extremely popular with guests, artists and fellow team members for her positive personality and professional attitude

Georgina Høgsholm
Artist Coordinator

Georgina has an M.Sc. from Copenhagen Business School and an innate love for jazz, shared by her musician siblings, growing up in their music-enthused childhood home. Her first ever gold medal was earned dancing hiphop with cohorts from the “hood”. Later, she would see the world a little singing with different choirs.

Specializing in branding and communication, and in combination with her creative mind, she has been dabbling in such varied activities as arranging cultural fashion shows at museums and festivals in the perspective of Global South third country culture and development, as well as handling press and cultural affairs at the Danish Embassy in Canada, producing newsletters, working with website communication and corporate image.
Now at Montmartre she is the Coordinator for the booking of artists and for arranging concerts and part of the team. When she is not at Montmartre, she enjoys philosophy, the arts, and teaching children how to sing and perform. Business is business, they say. But she says business is people.

Mik Neumann was the personal sound engineer of legendary Niels-Henning Ørsted Pedersen (NHØP for 15 years.
