Guitarist Jacob Fischer has been an institution in Danish jazz for decades as one of the country's unconditionally best musicians. He is known for his incredible technique, his melodic sense and his long-standing collaboration with international icons. Here at home he is greatly loved and in demand and has won the Ben Webster Prize. At Montmartre he is flanked by the Danish sidemen Zier Romme on piano and Matthias Petri on bass as well as the Brazilian star drummer Alexandre Damasceno.
