Endelig vender Cæcilie Norby tilbage for at fejre et brag af en jul med os på Montmartre!
Cæcilie Norby er ikke bare blandt eliten af Skandinaviens jazzsangerinder, men også en toneangivende og anmelderrost kunstner på den europæiske jazzscene med en stribe udgivelser på både det legendariske pladeselskab Blue Note, det tyske ACT og senest med en smuk afstikker “Earthenya” på eget label Loud Lady Music. Hun har bla modtaget en DMA Æresgrammy for at bryde musikalske grænser og for gang på gang at præsentere publikum for fantastisk og alsidig vokalmusik.
Ved disse fire unikke julekoncerter, inviteres publikum helt tæt på samspil og improvisation i verdensklasse. Der bydes på både traditionelle bløde juleklassiskere og overraskelser med Cæcilie og denne svenske all star trio deluxe:
Ulf Wakenius er en jazzguitarist af Guds nåde, som blandt andet besad den mest eftertragtede jazzguitariststol i 10 år, nemlig i Oscar Petersons Quartet.
Lars Danielsson er hele tre gange blevet kåret ”Best International Bass Player” af tyske grammy Echo Awards og har gæstet Montmartre flere gange med sit egen “Liberetto” projekt.
Magnus Öström er en trommemester udi europæisk jazz og var fra start til slut en tredjedel af legendariske Esbjörn Svensson Trio. - Et absolut must-hear!

Cæcilie Norby is not only among the elite of Scandinavia's jazz singers, but also a leading and critically acclaimed artist on the European jazz scene with a string of releases on both the legendary record label Blue Note, the German ACT and most recently with a beautiful spin-off "Earthenya" on her own label Loud Lady Music. She has, among other things, received a DMA Honorary Grammy for breaking musical boundaries and for repeatedly presenting the audience with fantastic and versatile vocal music.
At these four unique Christmas concerts, the audience is invited up close to world-class interaction and improvisation. Both traditional soft Christmas classics and surprises are on offer with Cæcilie and this Swedish all star trio deluxe:
Ulf Wakenius is a jazz guitarist by God's grace, who, among other things, held the most coveted jazz guitarist's chair for 10 years, namely in Oscar Peterson's Quartet.
Lars Danielsson has been named "Best International Bass Player" three times by the German Grammy Echo Awards and has visited Montmartre several times with his own "Liberetto" project.
Magnus Öström is a drum master in European jazz and was from start to finish one third of the legendary Esbjörn Svensson Trio. - An absolute must-hear!
