General terms
We look forward to welcoming you to Jazzhus Montmartre, located at Store Regnegade 19a, Copenhagen. This email serves as the formal confirmation and terms for your upcoming performance.
Please review that the details below reflect your agreement with our booker. If anything requires adjustment, please let us know as soon as possible.

PROMOTION & PR
To ensure a successful event, we require the following materials as soon as possible:

A link to a recent YouTube video for promotional use. Please send to us asap.

Ut is key to a sold-out house, so we also encourage you to share the event on your social media channels.

PERFORMANCE SCHEDULE

Concert Duration: Two sets of 50–60 minutes each, with a 20–35 minute intermission.

Wednesday Special: One 70-minute set, unless otherwise agreed and compatible with the night's programming.

Payment Terms: Payment will be processed within 6–10 business days following the concert.

Expenses: No additional expenses, transportation, or accommodation are covered under this agreement.
SOUND CHECK & ARRIVAL

Thu / Fri / Sat: Get-in at 16:00. Sound check at 16:30 (must conclude by 17:45; doors open at 18:00).

Wednesdays: Get-in at 17:00. Sound check at 17:30 (must conclude by 18:45; doors open at 19:00).
CATERING & HOSPITALITY
-
Food: Food is served for artists between 18:30–19:00, and for evening concerts only. Please notify us of any meat-free preferences or allergies at least 10 days in advance.

Drinks Policy: Your Concert Manager will assist you. We provide coffee, tea, juice, soda, and house wine/beer by the glass before and during the concert. After the show, each band member is offered one complimentary drink (spirit, beer, cocktail, or wine). Any further drink orders receive a complimentary 50% discount.

Closing Times:

Thu / Fri / Sat: Bar closes at 22:55; backstage vacated by 23:15. Staff depart at 24.00.

Wed (Non-Jam): Bar closes at 21:55; backstage vacated by 22:15. Staff depart at 23.00.

Wed (Jam Session): Bar closes at 00:55. Staff depart at 02:00.

RECORDING & GUEST LIST

Photos/Video: We generally allow the audience to take non-flash photos for promotion. You are also welcome to bring your own photographer; please inform us in advance, and please instruct your photographer not to disturb the audience.

Club Recordings: We may record audio/video for our promotional Social Media channels. As the club is operated as a non-profit charity foundation, all revenues and membership fees arising are contributing to keeping the club alive. We encourage you to bring a hard drive to copy our recordings for your own personal use. Any releases of live recordings must be agreed upon in advance and titled "Live at Jazzhus Montmartre."

Guest List: We reserve four standing-room spaces for the band's guests. Please send names in advance. Your guests will be seated only if there are no-shows, as paying ticket holders hold a preference for being seated.

CANCELLATION POLICY

If Jazzhus Montmartre cancels the concert due to low ticket sales or other reasonable causes with less than four weeks' notice, a 50% compensation fee will be paid. No compensation is provided for cancellations made more than four weeks in advance.
