CONCERT CONFIRMATION
********************************
We’re looking forward to seeing you soon at Jazzhus Montmartre, Store Regnegade 19a, Copenhagen K, Denmark.
Here are the general terms of cooperation.
Photos and PR-material:
If you have special photos or PR material you want to suggest for our promotion please send this within a week. Ideally we need:
- photos,
- a PR text and
- a link to a published YouTube video you wish will be used to promote the concert.
Concert duration:
2 sets @ 50-60 minuts with an intermission of 20-30 minuts.
On Wednesdays it is one set of 70 minutes, unless you wish otherwise and it’s possible with any other programming that night.
Fee:
According to DMF's standard terms for a tarif.
Agreed payment form:
Either you send us one invoice covering all after the concert (CVR or international artists), og all band members will fill in a taxable fee form on the night with CPR (B-skatte-formular).
Payment terms:
Payments will take place within 8-10 days after the concert.
Expenses:
No expenses covered.
Transportation:
No transport covered.
Accommodation:
No accommodation covered.
Get in time:
16.00, and sound test at 16.30. Must finish no later than 17.45
Wednesdays getting is at 16.30, and must finish no later than 18.15.
Food (for evening concerts only):
Served at 18.30.
Important:
- Please inform us within 10 days before the concert if any band members do not eat meat.
- Please also inform us about any allergies.
Drinks policy:
Band members enjoy free drinks from the bar before and after the concert (within what the duty manager of the night deem reasonable, and excluding the premium priced items such as expensive wines and champagne). Please note that the bar will stop serving at 22.55 on concert days, and that the back stage room must be vacated by 23.15.
SoMe promotion:
We will do our best to promote the concert. But please help us sell out the house by promoting the concert via your Social Media channels, or other forms of communication.

Guest List:
We will reserve four seats for each concert for the band’s guest list. Please inform us well in advance of the names for the guest list. Please also inform your guests that they might have to stand up, as our limited number of seats are for paying customers primarily.
Cancellation terms:
If for any reason Jazzhus Montmartre will need to cancel the concert (due to low ticket sales or other reasonable causes) less than four weeks before the concert, a compensation of 50% of the agreed feed will be paid. For earlier cancellations (more than four weeks of notice periode) no compensation will be paid.
