Som barnebarn af den legendariske basforkynder Erik Moseholm er Felix Moseholm bogstaveligt talt født med jazz i blodet. Efter han rejste ud, har han forfinet sit talent på det prestigefyldte konservatorium Juilliard School i New York City. Han har allerede optrådt på ikoniske scener som Blue Note, Village Vanguard og Dizzy’s Club i USA - ofte i samarbejde med en imponerende og lang perlerække af byens største navne som tæller bl.a. Brad Mehldau, Alvin Queen, Joe Farnsworth, Frank Gambale, Samara Joy, Wynton Marsalis, Jeff "Tain" Watts, Frank Lacy, Victor Lewis, Billy Drummond og Jorge Rossy.

What kind of jazz do they play?
Classic New Yorker jazz, which bears the hallmark of Moseholm's years in the American jazz scene. His trio plays technically superior, self-confident and is filled with the raw energy that you find in all the legendary clubs in Manhattan.

What should I know about them?
As the grandson of the legendary bass preacher Erik Moseholm, Felix Moseholm was literally born with jazz in his blood. After leaving, he refined his talent at the prestigious conservatory Juilliard School in New York City. He has already performed on iconic stages such as the Blue Note, Village Vanguard and Dizzy's Club in the USA - often in collaboration with an impressive and long string of the city's biggest names, including, among others, Brad Mehldau, Alvin Queen, Joe Farnsworth, Frank Gambale, Samara Joy, Wynton Marsalis, Jeff "Tain" Watts, Frank Lacy, Victor Lewis, Billy Drummond and Jorge Rossy.
