Avantgarde-jazz fra tre frontløbere
Denne banebrydende trio spiller avantgarde-jazz med melodiske historier fra et fantasifuldt univers.
Gruppens musik er et resultat af et flerårigt samarbejde mellem de tre improvisationsmusikere fra tre forskellige generationer. Deres musik placerer sig et sted mellem den frie improvisation, ekspressiv freejazz og abstrakt soul.
Det er direkte og fysisk musik, der møder publikum på både udfordrende og forsonende vis. Gruppen har opnået bred anerkendelse for deres fornyende kraft, og har bl.a. vundet Danish Music Awards Jazz-pris for bedste specialudgivelse, med albummet “Out of the Spectacle”.
I gruppens front står altsaxofonisten Jesper Zeuthen, der er blevet en legende i dansk musik, efter han allerede i slutningen af 60'erne brød igennem med sit spil i gruppen Blue Sun.
På klaver er Jacob Anderskov, der er anerkendt som en af landets bedste improvisationsmusikere og desuden professor ved Rytmisk Musikkonservatorium.
Yngste medlem er Anders Vestergaard på trommer, der er kendt for at medvirke i utallige nyere musik-projekter, som bl.a. gruppen "Girls in Airports".
Imellem sig har de spillet over hele verden og med kunstnere som Terry Riley, Don Cherry, Marilyn Mazur, Paul Motian, Jakob Bro, Evan Parker og Airto Moreira.

This groundbreaking trio plays avant-garde jazz with melodic stories from an imaginative universe.
The group's music is the result of a multi-year collaboration between the three improvisational musicians from three different generations. Their music is positioned somewhere between free improvisation, expressive free jazz and abstract soul.
It is direct and physical music that meets the audience in both a challenging and reconciling way. The group has achieved wide recognition for their innovative power, and has among other things won the Danish Music Awards Jazz award for best special release, with the album “Out of the Spectacle”.
The group is fronted by alto saxophonist Jesper Zeuthen, who has become a legend in Danish music after he broke through in the late 60s with his playing in the group Blue Sun.
On the piano is Jacob Anderskov, who is recognized as one of the country's best improvisational musicians and also a professor at the Rhythmic Music Academy.
The youngest member is Anders Vestergaard on drums, who is known for participating in countless recent music projects, such as the group "Girls in Airports".
Between them they have played all over the world and with artists such as Terry Riley, Don Cherry, Marilyn Mazur, Paul Motian, Jakob Bro, Evan Parker and Airto Moreira.
