Højenergisk moderne jazz møder alternativ rock
Nausia har imponeret både publikum og kritikere, inklusive den legendariske rockjournalist David Fricke, med deres doom-jazz-lyd, der skifter mellem spirituel, hypnotisk trance og vilde, euforiske udbrud.
De er blevet nomineret ved Danish Music Awards jazz-kategori og har spillet på scener fra Roskilde Festival til Stockholm Jazz Festival. Som liveband er Nausia en kraft, der efterlader publikum både bevæget og blæst bagover.
I foråret 2025 udgiver Nausia deres nye album ‘Finding A Circle’. Her udforsker de den brede vifte af moderne jazz, riffy rockguitarer, og en ny progressiv jazz-lyd.
Nausia står som et dybt originalt band i konstant bevægelse og er et af Danmarks mest overbevisende navne på jazz-rock scenen.

Nausia has impressed both audiences and critics, including legendary rock journalist David Fricke, with their doom-jazz sound that alternates between spiritual, hypnotic trance and wild, euphoric outbursts.
They have been nominated at the Danish Music Awards in the jazz category and have played on stages from Roskilde Festival to Stockholm Jazz Festival. As a live band, Nausia is a force that leaves the audience both moved and blown away.
In the spring of 2025, Nausia will release their new album ‘Finding A Circle’. Here they explore the wide range of modern jazz, riffy rock guitars, and a new progressive jazz sound.
Nausia stands as a deeply original band in constant motion and is one of Denmark’s most compelling names on the jazz-rock scene.
NOTE: There is both sitting and standing spaces at our Wednesday concerts and jam sessions, so please arrive early if you wish to sit.
For our Wednesday series "Montmartre Wednesdays", young people under 26 get in at half price. The same applies if you have a valid student card, as well as for members of DMF and the Danish Artists' Association.
